The managing partners of the structured finance group
have a combined 25 years of experience in managing and structuring investment vehicles backed by diversified portfolios of structured product fixed income investments. The managing partners founded the asset-backed and CDO product groups within Wachovia Securities (formerly First Union Securities), and were responsible for origination, structuring, and investment management activities. While at Wachovia Securities, the managing partners jointly established and built structured investment lines of business that achieved top tier market share and performance. Assets under management included an assetbacked commercial paper conduit rated A1/P1 with investment capacity of over $20 billion. The annual volume of lead managed asset-backed and CDO securities exceeded $15 billion.
