investment bank,
where he raised over
$70 million for both
public and private
companies and
structured financial
sector M&A
transactions.
Prior to founding
Colonial Capital
Partners, Mr. Golden
served as a
consultant to
several privately
held businesses,
helping to raise
capital and evaluate
potential divestures
and acquisitions. As
a trusted advisor,
Mr. Golden also
counseled high net
worth individuals on
asset management
with a focus on
establishing
investment policies
and selection,
including
incorporating
alternative
investment
strategies into an
overall investment
plan.
Mr. Golden was a
minority owner in
First Colonial
Securities Group,
LLC, a family-owned
boutique investment
bank. Mr. Golden was
instrumental in
growing First
Colonial's
operations to 25
offices nationwide
including an office
of 200 retail
brokers specializing
in asset management
and investment
banking.
Paul Schwartz, Director of Client Services
Paul Schwartz is the Director of Client Services. He has spent the last 16 years interacting with clients over multiple platforms. His duties included managing client accounts in the small cap/micro cap space. Mr. Schwartz served as senior VP of Investments at Spencer Trask and Josephthal Lyon and Ross. This included public and private financing in various forms including private placements, IPO’s, derivative and debt securities. Throughout his career he has worked closely with institutional investors, mutual funds, portfolio managers, hedge funds and trading desks as well as individual high net worth investors/family offices both domestically and internationally. Mr. Schwartz has served as director of new business development and corporate finance for multiple public companies. He has introduced and structured venture financing throughout his career and was recently instrumental with the first round of funding for EcoMotors Inc, an advanced high efficiency engine development company. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in finance.
