Joan Grant, Director of Accounting
Ms. Grant has been a practicing CPA for over 20 years in a variety of positions in public accounting and the private sector. Specifically, she has been the controller of a mid-sized CPA firm and a middlemarket company. Ms. Grant graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Louis J. Kabzan, Director of Financial Information Systems
Mr. Kabzan has been involved with technology and information systems for over 25 years. During this time he has implemented a variety of financial systems for one of the largest public accounting firms in the United States, designed and implemented a sales and marketing system for a fortune 500 company and worked as an accountant in the private sector. Mr. Kabzan graduated from Hofstra University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance.
